CJC Public Outreach
Today our “Public Outreach” event was done in the county of Los Angeles. It was a very busy day, passing out 1,100 brochures and answering many different questions. The breakdown of positive to negative comments was about 50-50. Thanks go out to Diane, Pastor J and Maria for coming out today to help spread the truth on Islam. Maria again proved to be very valuable with the large number of Spanish speaking people. The fact that she is female, speaks Spanish and has a good knowledge on Islam gives her a lot of credibility with the Spanish speaking crowd. I should also send out a thank you to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s office and the mall security personnel present during our entire outreach today. Their presence helps to insure a peaceful time.
Many people stopped to talk and expressed their appreciation for what we were doing. One Muslima took one of our brochures titled, “Muslims are shackled by Sharia Law…..Set yourself Free” which has a picture of a Muslima in a Niqab on the front page. She was reading the brochure as she walked away until I could no longer see her. I hope some of that rang a bell in her.
Then there were the Muslims very upset with us (for passing out the truth) and said they were filing a hate report on us. Good luck with that. Another small group of Muslims came up and started questioning me. They said that Islam meant peace and I couldn’t know since I didn’t speak Arabic. At that point I introduced them to Pastor J. When they discovered he is fluent in Arabic, they stopped their dialogue with him and walked off.
Another group of three came up and started calling us racists. When asked what race is Islam, one said mainly brown people. Ah then you are the racist was my response. Islam is not a race Pastor J informed them. To that they also walked away.
Again thanks go out to Diane, Pastor J and Maria for making it a good day for the Kafir.
I will post a couple of pics on our website, www.CounterJihadCoalition.org a little later. Check them out and download some brochures so you too can educate your neighbors and friends.
