I don’t see an article linked and haven’t seen any news on this. Mr. Haney will always be a hero in my view. A patriot for tracking terrorists and maintaining his oath, integrity, and fidelity all while being persecuted and shunned for sounding the alarm bells. I didn’t know Phil but what I could tell is he was a “by the book” kinda fed. That leaves no room to arbitrarily brand someone like him a criminal.
